Orders are confirmed only when 100% payment is received in advance.

Returns and Refunds

  • Crackers once delivered cannot be returned.

  • In case of missing or damaged products, refunds will be provided for those items only.

Minimum Order Value

  • For Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana: Minimum order of Rs. 2000/-

  • For other cities or states: Minimum order of Rs. 4500/-

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with a 25% cancellation fee. The balance amount will be refunded within 15 working days.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made.

  • GM Crackers reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

  • Order amendments are not allowed post-payment.

  • Cancellations by customers within 24 hours of order placement incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.

Claim Terms

  • Verify the invoice against order details and ensure the parcel is in good condition at delivery. No returns or claims will be entertained post-delivery.

  • For missing or damaged items at delivery, replacements will be made or a proportional refund provided within 15 days.

  • We may dispatch substitute products if original items are unavailable.
